I’m passionate about helping early-stage, founder-led startups hire talent efficiently and without the chaos. With over 15 years of experience working in startups at different growth stages, I understand the challenges teams face as they scale and can provide guidance every step of the way.

Many teams, and founders in particular, know they need to hire but are overwhelmed by competing priorities, lack clarity on the role, process, tools, or market, and cannot juggle everything themselves. Applications pile up, timelines are tight, and the pressure to hire is high.
